Yes! you can be part of the great Canadian British
Classic Charity Run. On September 25, 2009 up to 50
classic British cars will depart Guelph, Ontario
for a rewarding 400 mile drive through Central
Ontario and Prince Edward County to raise money for
charity. The challenge for these British cars is to
complete a scenic route to help a worthy charity and
have fun while doing so. It is not a race but a
leisurely drive along mainly country roads. All
driving is on paved roads.
This year's charity is National Service Dogs,
www.nsd.on.ca
a Canadian charity assisting autistic children. Teams pay their
own expenses, so 100% of the donations go to the
charity. Check out our LBCs (Little British Cars),
invite a friend and support a great cause: the CBCCR
(Wine County Run). The Optimist Club of Elmira proudly
sponsors this event.
